Starship Chimera Update August 8 2017
Note. Starship Locations is keeping better tabs on this than this google channel.
The summer hiatus draws to an end, and B unit production will begin on the space shots from the film.
We have a new model donated to the fan film, which is a runabout toy Rio Grande, to be built later.
It is not in the script.
The two conventions earlier in summer were great, except for the con cold at the end of Fanime. We will return next year, and possibly have more to say.
We have at least two or three interested former Chimera game people on board for future Starship Locations, but they will not be in the movie.
Hopefully, Chimera will be out this December. We are so close.
We will also do a run down of all the ship models being used, especially new ones from the film, when it comes out.

Happy New Year 2017 Chimera News
Hiatus is on again but will end this Thursday with production on the last 25 minutes of the film, including the second unit, for a possible wrap of the film in early March, and a release mid April 2017.
Also in late April, the local Silicon Valley Comic Con is doing Star Trek The Next Generation, 30th anniversary stuff, and so we will be there at the convention, but any download copies 'on release day' of Chimera will be totally free, and not for sale.
