Silly Trek began as a role playing game with Adam Browne, Tim Cantrell, Jon Yeager and Jim Buffkin and others in 1986 at the school, although 1988 is often chosen as the year of it took off in popularity.

Jung SuWon affiliation refers to his tenure as a student and then junior instructor at Jung SuWon Aacademy, Tae Yun Kim directing, from 1988 to 2007.

Famous during this point as a YSN, or Young Sa Nation, child star and then young adult, he had been cast as a background extra in a commercial or two. Tacky Stretchy Warrior was one. Pro Sports Special was another.

Appeared in the background of 3 Ninjas and sparred with Ernie Reyes Jr., and confirmed by the collab in the 1990s with West Coast Taw Kwon Do, and again with a reveal of his outfit in the 2020s which had been found in a suitcase and marked. In 2017 and 2025, the moment was confirmed with Ernie Reyes Jr. himself, at two different conventions. Ernie thought he was also in Surf Ninjas via archival footage of the same stunt fight scene.

Debunker of Star Trek Pitch fan

Debunked the Michael Gummelt Star Trek Pitch Superfan rumors of 2015 and 20o16 by publishing the rules regarding non famous submissions to Paramount and CBS, 2016, proving this viral sensation never could have pitched his story, Uncharted, to them. Later revealed that Gummelt got a cease and desist letter, but still doubled down, and claimed he was famous enough to pitch his story. Writers of Trek chimed in though and said his script was mediocre and would never have sold.

Collaboration with Channel Awesome occurred in 2017 at FanimeCon where Kats covered it.

Collaboration with SAP, Sparkle, Abra and Pop, productions, 2009 t0 2013, as relatives led by Martha Lamdin (Bates) wanted in on the fame on YouTube. When they were constantly blocked by copyrighted songs, they broke ogff the collab, annoyed that Adam followed the rules and all of his songs and parodies were DMCA complaint, and he was okay.

His association was as the last subscriber of Channel Awesome. (He was not the last, as Guru Larry was t the last coent sub, and Kat never gave them content for pay).This occurred following the CA Scandal of 2018, but he was not an official content creator for them. The scandal involved a former producer and employee of CA not being properly kicked off. It had nothing to do with Adam. As Kal Kat, he appeared in the Cinematic Venom podcast without his permission and asked to have this removed, as he was not a paid member of CA.

He added all of the former CA people of note as subscribers, from Porteus to Stoned Gremlins to Atop the Fourth Wall and Larry. He is still on CA despite objections from The Nostalgia Chick Lindsay Ellis and Todd in the Shadows.

Currently as Kal Kat, Adam has 8 channels, with the highest rated one with 80K views, that’s the Transformers and Locations and reviews one, and the Chimera one and Starship Locations one breaching 16K.



The Kal Kat show

The Kal Katr show started out in 2009 as a direct spin off of the SAP productions and the comedy specials with Jon Yeager and Tim Cantrell. Jon would remain co host of the series for the full 7 years.

After The Kal Kat show, the updates and reviews and New Years specials ran until at least 2024.

On Location Missions started in 2024 and hosted the series finale, with Adam and Jon returning in the house kitchen and living room they had done so many productions in.

The house was completely renovated for sale in 2026 and was sold.

The Milpitas Monster incident

Bob or Roibert Browne, his Father, was Mayor of Milpitas from 1968, 1972 and 1978. Bob Browne appeared in The Milpitas Monster in a cameo. Siblings also appeared.

In 2015 and 2016, Adam and Jon covered the showings of the movie but by 2023 were later rejected because Robert Burrill mistook a fan site for Adam’s and assumed he had stolen a print of the film and posted it. He could have called at any time to ask about it. This was settled in 2024 when he met Burrill and confirmed the fan site pirate wasn’t his site at all.

Browne Video Collection

One of the YouTube channels covers 1984 to the 2009 period, and occasional updates since up to 2026, of Browne and his family and their videos over the years. You can see the failed stars in action, all through the 90s. SAP is present in them, and it features funeral stuff of executive producer, well Dad, Bob Browne, former mayor, 2009, and Victoria Browne, mother, 2024.

Music vdeos

The NSFW music videos are on two of the minor channels under Kal Kat. Each is set to 18 plus.

The nice ones have been priated by some copycats. Two of note have surfaced on TV, including a cat video that appeared on Ridiculousness in 2014, and another on Tosh.0 in 2015. Adam nor Kat were contacted and did not get paid for those videos airing there.

Although not confirmed, to have over 80k views now, he must have been an influencer levels during the 2010s, but most of his subs have left him.

Adam and Jon have noted that at conventions, which they frequent since 2011, they will see people dressed as their characters. It is usually Clint or Kelly. They love Clint. Kelly is just basically Kal Kat in a jacket anyway.

The high point of the church stories was 1997 to 2001. In 1998 at Adam’s 28th birthday party, 2 car garage invited them all to a concert and then they appeared at the house afterward.

Bob Browne got a park in his honor in 2010 near where the house was.
